When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account to Inlobo, we access certain data via Meta APIs. This may include:
- Meta User ID
- Facebook Page ID and related metadata
- Lead Ads data (such as name, phone number, email address, and custom form responses)
- Meta access tokens necessary to retrieve lead data
This data ("Platform Data") is used solely to:
- Retrieve and display your leads within your dashboard
- Send notifications about new leads
- Enable CRM and lead management functionality
We do not sell Meta Platform Data and do not use it for advertising purposes.
